With over 25 years of global food safety, quality, regulatory and sanitation experience in the food industry across all food manufacturing platforms, Michelle Brydalski is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in ensuring food safety, maintaining quality standards, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
Michelle has been fortunate to have worked with many global food manufacturers such as General Mills and Rich Products Corporation, along with several smaller organizations for over 25 years in senior leadership roles with her most current experience as the Vice President of Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory at Charcuterie Artisans.
Michelle has demonstrated exceptional leadership in overseeing all aspects of food safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance, and has successfully implemented robust food safety and quality assurance programs and streamlined regulatory processes, contributing to their reputations as industry leaders.
Michelle holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Buffalo providing her with a solid academic foundation to navigate the complexities of food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs. She also holds several certifications including HACCP, PCQI, Advanced SQF Practitioner, Internal Systems Auditing, and FSVP.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and son traveling the country and hiking the various National Parks.
